Эрик Ромер родился 4 апреля 1920 г. - умер 11 января 2010 г.

Был режиссером фильмов: Ночь у Мод (1969), Six in Paris (1965), Коллекционерша (1967) и др., участвовал в создании сериала Cinéastes de notre temps (1965-1966).

Участвовал в написании сценариев к фильмам: Кажется, я люблю свою жену (2007), Ночь у Мод (1969), Six in Paris (1965) и др.

Принимал участие в съемках и озвучивании фильмов: The Marquise of O (1976), Chassé-croisé (1982), 1: Спектр (1974) и др.

Выполнял функции продюсера фильма Changing Landscapes (1964).
